Fit is a question, not a label.
It is tempting to ask whether a product or body of knowledge “fits” a country and expect a simple yes or no. The more useful question is narrower: fits whom, for what problem, under which conditions, and with whose approval? Those distinctions deserve attention before an offer is made.
The starting work
A public article, tool, course, or method has an original purpose. Identify it before asking anyone to change its framing. A good match retains the part that made the work worth noticing.
The real user
Describe the learner, team, or buyer in a concrete situation. General claims about a vast audience rarely explain the need as well as a specific moment of use.
The evidence gap
Some questions can be answered from public material; others need research, permission, or a conversation with an owner. Calling out the gap avoids mistaking enthusiasm for proof.
The authority boundary
Interest from a new audience does not settle publishing, licensing, or editorial questions. If someone else holds a relevant right, their role must remain visible.
